a little help with submitting please

O.K. I have updated some of my Lithuanian coins (1925-1938) with some NGC crackouts and a couple from Ron Guth's website and I'm ready to submit to PCGS mostly for protection but also grading. I can't seem to find some PCGS #'s but the rest I think I have correct. If you spot any errors or omissions please let me know.
