1993 AGE Set - to grade or not to grade?

My sister has given me a 1993 4 piece AGE set to sell for her. I was looking in the PCGS price guide and the PR70 DCs for this year are listed at crazy money. This set looks great to me, i examined it under magnification and see no reason why at least one of the 4 coins couldn't make a PR70 DC by today's standards.
Here is the question: Do I take the chance and send it in to PCGS to get it graded or do I just sell the raw set on eBay?

I did some serious pre-screening over the years, though. If your eyeballs see no imperfections whatsoever, you should get the coins looked at. Yes, it's a crapshoot. Do your pre-screeening seriously.
I knew it would happen.

I've used a 300X microscope to sort mint issues, and still ended up with
average grades. It may be worth having a friendly "expert" also look at them.

No use using a 300x scope for a number of reasons. First of all, PCGS specifications for a 70 is that there will be no imperfections under 5x mag. Second, it blows tings up so big that you'll probably miss stuff. etc
Thanks for all the advice on this!
