I'm lookin to buy some bullion

Mainly interested in silver right now but the other physical bullion metals aren't out of the picture.

I live near Boston and I was wondering what companies in the area sell bullion. I like the idea of going to a store and picking up the bars or coins or whatever instead of buying them online.

So far I've thought about:
-pawn shops
-jewelry stores
-banks?

Any specific companies, or "types" of companies to check out within an hour or so of Boston?

Check the Spouse Gold offerings on Ebay. We had a thread here last night about the sale prices being low. You may want to take a look there.

You will rarely get your best deal from a dealer; afterall they had to buy it from a middleman.

Northwest Territorial Mint - not recommended. They had my money for over a month, and I couldn't get a straight answer about anything. Made me very nervous, considering the amount.

Unless yer gonna flip it the same day why does it matter if you have to wait a couple days to get it from the same place your dealer can; but if you just have to have it now.
