I asked a similar question to NGC as to whether they would slab the fantasy crowns of Edward VIII and they said yes, every coin which is in the Bruce book. (I did not send the fantasy coins for slabbing though.) I had a very bad experience with ICG recently with world tokens and medals and they were unable to identify only one of those!
