A good dealer out there-- Calgary Coin

I saw a coin on their site which I liked and asked for a picture. It seemed that they had mis-attributed the coin as a rarer type and priced accordingly. I pointed this out and they took the coin off the site, looked at the research and after a couple of days emailed me to say they were putting it as the common variety. In a couple of other cases-- one a reputed company (though focusing on US coins) never replied and the other asked me to pound sand!

I also had a similar experience with NEN. Counterfeit coin purchased from the aforesaid US dealer. NEN replied back saying they are taking the coin off the list and returning it. Never heard from the other dealer and wonder what happened to the coin.
