Look at the Coin I Received Today!

Today I spoke in a high level NATO meeting about radio frequency spectrum use, and the implictions to NATO if we lose access to portions of the spectrum (so you all can have live video on your mobile phones). I apparently impressed the US representative, Assistant Secretary of Defense Grimes. Later in the coffee shop he came over and shook my hand thanking me for my work, and giving me this:

Give Blood (Red Bags) & Platelets (Yellow Bags)!

(It's not a coin, tho)

you had just better always have it with you next time you meet these people or you will buying an awful lot of booze
when we had the national guard riding with us on patrol after the flooding here in August one of their higher ups popped into town one day unannounced and was out driving around and surprising his people on their posts.
I pulled over to see what was going on at one of their posts and the guard that was riding with me got a challenge coin from him after being raked over the coals. He seemed genuinely nice to his people and was laughing with the guardsman after giving him the coin.

Very cool! I've been "collecting" these for years...although the only ones that count are the ones that were presented to me in the same manner yours was today. Congrats.
Very
Way to go!!
