here's a link to some of my seated coins found. this one pictured is one of my favorites. it was dug around 8 inches down and cleaned up real nice.

posted this a few weeks ago too. nothing great, but still fun. aside from detecting i do have a seated dime and half dime collection in progress. keep them in the old whitman style blue books. my best/rarest coin is an 1871CC dime in AG.

Half dimes: 3 (no date pre-1860, 1854, 1854, all holed)

Dimes: 4 (1839, 1862, 1884, 1877-S)

Quarters: 1 (1855)

Halves: none yet!

Dollars: none- boy, that'll be the day

i know if i ever find a seated coin in the dirt it will shine just as bright as an MS65 that i could buy i just hope its a 66s !!
