65, no higher than 66, IMO. CAM for sure, but I can't tell by the pics if it will DCAM.

if there are no hair lines than it will grade a 66-67. From the pics looks like a solid cameo but there is always the chance of ultra but that depends on what it looks like in hand.

given the OP's description and if the picture is accurate i would wonder why some assume grades as low as PR65 and non-DCAM??

I'm no expert, but the nick on the cheek and the bell might be a factor. Also, I am not very well versed in DCAM versus CAM, but it just looks more CAM to me than DCAM.
