beach soccer?

i just saw beach soccer on espn2...it looks terribly hard and not fun at all. sand in your eyes, hair, etc...not to mention the chafe (spelling?)
soccer is hard enough, let alone beach soccer. maybe every once in a while, but as a sport...they can keep that for themselves.

You mean they actually keep score in that? Very few things can top watching a scantily clad woman diving into the sand

Pretty old to those of us who grew up in SoCal. In the 70's we played a ton of beach v'ball, beach over-the-line (big tourney in San Diego every year) and of course beach soccer. Even up in NOcal they have a beach soccer tourney in June. Over the line is a baseball game for those that don't know. Much more fun played on the beach. Typically the beach provides sun, ocean breeze and women. What's not to love!?
