My brother in law was at the Colts game last night. He called me as soon as the game was over with just to chat. Then he got really silent and there was kind of a loud roar. The Patriots were taunting the crowd (according to my B in L). You know, is it not enough that you have to cheat? I mean, your quarterback is not exactly the greatest representation of integrity either. So, the Pat's have to rub it in and do what they did?

collecting RAW Topps baseball cards 1952 Highs to 1972. looking for collector grade (somewhere between psa 4-7 condition). let me know what you have, I'll take it, I want to finish sets, I must have something you can use for trade.
looking for Topps 71-72 hi's-62-53-54-55-59, I have these sets started
it done. At home in the red zone and you have to settle for field goals??? This game shouldn't of even been close. You have to get
the job done at home and put these guys away.

The Pats win too much
The Pats cheated by videotaping something they could see in plain sight anyways
Tom Brady's a dirtbag because he didn't marry the woman he has a kid with
They shouldn't celebrate on the field when they win a big game because it isn't their field and LT is sensitive
They scored too many points and hurt the other team's feelings
They replace players who want big contracts with people who will do the job just as well for less
Tedy Bruschi tortures kittens
Rodney Harrison is responsible for global warming
Did I leave anything out? Is there anything else that anyone wants to complain about the Pats? WTF can't people just accept that they got beat and move on? Why do I always have to hear about something else that the evil Pats did this week?
I'm sure those poor, classy Colts fans were just sitting there, minding their own business, perhaps even congratulating the Pats players, when they were viciously and maliciously taunted. I know deep in my heart, that there just couldn't have been any sections of unruly inebriated fans, upset after losing the biggest game of the decade at home, that might have instigated anything.
<< <i>don't forget it was the Pats and the Pats alone that put Bush in office, since he is responsible for everything else. >>
I saw Wes Welker on the grassy knoll.
Life in my trailer park will never be the same.
<< <i>The Patriots were taunting the crowd (according to my B in L). >>
So, I guess the Colt fans can dish it out, but can't take it, right? I'm sure the Indy crowd was all congradulatory and polite to the Patriot players on the field the entire time and after the game.
If you think this game was really that big to the colts your nuts. They didn't play two of their starting LB's and Harrison for precautionary reasons because they know the games that really count are in the playoffs. For the Patriots to react like they just won the Superbowl shows me they have bought into this media hype and don't know what truly counts.

ARE YOU SERIOUS!????? Not really that big of a game to the Colts? That has to be the most ignorant statement Ive EVER heard.
Your arch playoff rivals of the past 4-5 years?
Your both undefeated?
Your the defending Super Bowl Champs and they make you underdogs at home?
A chance to knock the Record setting juggernaught Patriots from the undefeated teams leaving themselves(Colts) as the ONLY unbeaten Team in the NFL?
The HUGH confidence and Momentum you would get for the remainder of the season?
YOU BET your ass the Colts saw it as the BIGGEST game of the season and a chance to send a messeage and set the tone for the eventual playoff meeting. The patriots, even with their worst game of the season still managed to expose Manning and the Colts to make it PLAINLY clear that they are by far the Best team in the league. If you don't think that was a HUGH loss for the Colts at home, you need to seek some Mental Help!
They Didn't play their starting LB's and Harrison for Precautionary reasons???????? Do you live on Planet Earth?
I don't agree with you here. Sure, it was an important game for Indy, probably more important game than the "average" game, but I seriously doubt that Dungy and Manning and the Colts put as much emphasis on this game as you think. After all, they are still the reigning SUPER BOWL CHAMPS, and Dungy doesn't care one bit about an undefeated season. His comments about the topic when the Colts were 13-0 a couple years back prove that fact. This game meant far more to the Pats than it did to the Colts, IMO. This game was hyped by the media for the fans, more so than the players, especially in this case.

Great but tainted. Bill not feeling huggy i guess.
And once again to clarify "spygate"..... EVERY team videotapes the other teams signals.
The only wrong thing the Pats did, was to do it from the sidelines. Which was against league rules.

They don't videotape the other teams' signals. They videotape the line of scrimmage and print stills of one second before and one second after each snap. They use that to show tendencies based on down and distance, and they keep the stills before and after, in order, for each drive.
They are not allowed to film the sidelines at any time. They are allowed to film from the coaches box upstairs, but they are not allowed to use that film during the game or print stills from it during the game.
The filming they can use is done from a small room inside the scoreboard in the end zone. It's black and white and similar to a polaroid. It's low resolution and I don't think you could possibly steal coaches signals with this filming.
The Pats cheated and got caught, and their wins are tainted.
Here's some stills I have left over from the last time I worked at Lambeau, I have an idea of how it works.
Here's a still from the coaches box, used to test focus. How in the heck could you use this to steal coaches signals? You can't see the sidelines good enough to tell who you're looking at.
during the game, usually from the coaches box. From there they can videotape whatever they want. I hear some
teams hire someone to video from the stands also. The Pats hired a guy to video from the sidelines. That was wrong.
Sooo, the ONLY thing against the rules was the location of the camera... right????

Exactly. Technically, they were NOT officially found guilty of cheating, but rather of breaking a mandated rule. Teams still video tape each other, only it's not permissable on the sidelines. The haters seem to forget about this little tidbit of information.

Aww, the big bad hoodie took away the Colt's victory. Belechick just can't win -- at least he did not run up the score!
And regarding Brady:
1. He did not know Moynihan was pregnant after they broke up. What is he supposed to do -- live a lie?
2. He is taking responsibility for his son and wants to be a part of his life.
More than one can say about Indiana legend Larry Bird.

Excuses, excuses. See ya in the AFC championship in Foxboro (brr!!!)
The Pats were very happy because they overcame a team record number of penalties and 50 minutes of sub-par Brady to snatch the victory away from the Colts, who could not put it away.

What a COMPLETELY moronic bunch of BS! We won that game fair and square! Get over it!
Tom Brady's integrity? Are you kidding me? The guy had a baby out of wed lock and supports his child and you are calling him out? You must live under a rock, look in the mirror before you question someone elses integrity! WE ALL HAVE SKELETONS IN OUR CLOSET! Get real.

That's pretty cool.

Also, I apparently wasn't clear enough about the cheating. I meant about the spying stuff. Didn't say you guys didn't win it fair and square. You did. Just my opinion that the couch has zero integrity and as far as Brady goes, that's nice he's supporting the baby. Last time I checked that's what dad's are supposed to do. I was talking about on the field. Whimpering and whining about little sissy calls and then taunting the crowd.
Something else I was taught growing up. If you live in the limelight your life is like a fish bowl. Everyone can see it. He knows that or at least he should.
I'm not saying I'm better than him, but I just looked in my closet and there weren't any skeletons. I'm pretty up front about my life. It's pretty much an open book. So, just take it easy dude.
<< <i>Perkdog~ Take it easy dude. It wasn't like I was calling you out or anything. Geez. It was just an opinion. That's all.

Ok, Ok maybe I flew off the handle a bit- I apoligize. BUT........ The Patriots let their emotions get the best of them, but dont think for a split second had the Pats lost Indy fans would have taken it easy on them, thats PRO Sports for you, it happens! As far as Brady and his personal matters I dont know him personaly so I cant comment truthfully but his life outside of the NFL has nothing to do with the game so lets keep that out of it- fair enough?
I respect you, you were more than cool with the Sox beating Cleveland and I appreaciate it!
I did however drive past his house the other day in French Lick, IN.
