    I say yes... looks weak and the center point of the 'W' is below the the other two...

    Yep.

    Cmerlo's right. The low center point of the "W" in "WE" is the distinguishing identifier of the Weak Motto.

    Here's a warning parable for coin collectors...

    When I was a young collector thru out High School - before all silver was removed from our coinage - the vast majority of 1934 quarters I located [ P mint ] were the Light Motto Variety, which is what you have.
