    You mean like rack or factory sets? No, they weren't. But they were distributed according to region. If you don't know about the east/west/midwest experiment, pm me.

    yes, i was referring to wax and sets. topps had the fb and baseball in racks and i've never seen the basketball offered in those. didn't know if they existed. thanks lee.
