Lost to Navy for the first time in 43 years.

It still seems kind of shocking even with the horrible season they are having.

    I saw part of the game... I still don't understand the fake field goal by ND in the first quarter. I guess I don't understand why ND did not attempt a field goal on 4th down with about 40 seconds left.

    First time since 1963 that Navy beat Notre Dame; and they did it in South Bend!!!!! imageimage

    Congrats to Navy. It was nice to see them finally put that losing streak behind them.

    I laughed when Charlie didn't call for the FG with 40 seconds left... I guess he had ND -3.5

    Did you guys see that sack at the end of regulation, that was SICK! he dove over the tackle into the QB!

    It was a great game. I have lived as a *secret* ND fan for a while now and as much as it did hurt me to see them lose this game, I think it really hurt those guys that came back for their fifth year. To have this school go undefeated against a single opponent for so long and then lose it on your final year at college has gotta hurt. Oh well, better luck next year! image
