Neat 8.6 acre rural/residential lot in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. Sale price is $16,700 (yes, you read that right) but I'm open to trade for coins (would have to be fairly liquid, easy-to-value material) or bullion.

    Sure, if you don't mind driving seventy miles to White River and then across ... and reversing the procedure at night to go home ...

    I drive through close to that area to get to my favorite area in Bethel, Maine via Route 2 which connects I-93 (or is it I-91 or I-89??) through New Hampshire into western Maine.

    This area of Vermont is awesome.

    Think of a summer home in addition to just a all year round home in this area.

    Here's where you're really going to start laughing.

    I paid $132 in taxes on it last year.

    The trouble is, I paid four days late, so the town of Waterford says I owe them ten bucks. Rats!

    You don't know how tempting that is....
    Originally from the NorthEast (MA), and like the spring/summer/fall, but I don't like the winters and my job isn't there.....too bad too, would be cool!

    I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
