It would be a 1955-D/S OverMintMark, Die #2. For the normal 55-D/S variety, PCGS only recognizes
Die #1, so someone sent this in under the Mint Error service instead of Variety service.

There are a slew of 55-D/S dies that were originally intended to be used for 55-S nickels, then
reworked for the Denver mint, with varying amounts of the underlying "S" visible.

I have a couple of 55-D/S nickels in PCGS holders that were mistakenly slabbed as Die #1, when in
reality they are from other dies; #4 & #5, as best as I have been able to identify.

    Ken
