Can I get some lincoln help please.

What do you think this is? I think it may be an occluded (sp?) bubble.

    Well, if its raised, it would be a die gouge. If its a depression, than it would be some foreign stuff getting between the die and planchet. Now either way, it has no additional value. Plus, the 1956 and 57 series were loaded with die gouges, cuds, etc.

    Maybe its a marred or deeply scratched die. Just a guess though.
