Help a newb - Set Request question

After I've submitted a request for a key-card set and provided five cert numbers, do I need to then send an e-mail of my proposed composition of the set? I'm just not really clear on how it works. Any help is appreciated!!

    I've found if you can provide a spreadsheet of the composition of the set, and proposed weighting (based on the value in PSA 8) it will speed up the listing of the set on the registry.
