Thanks in advance. Edited to add: The little bump on the right side of the scan about halfway down is not a crease. Don't know why it shows on the scan that way.

Come on, Chaz, you can do better than that. I figured you would say PSA 3 pd.
I say PSA 8 pd. They might let the pd slide and give it a straight 7. However, without the pd, I think it is a PSA 8.

Agree. If the roller marks / PD is standard with the majority of the Billy P cards, the senior graders will know that and give it a 7 or 8 unqualified. I would submit it with some higher dollar HOF cards on a 2 day submission. That way a senior grader would be more apt to handle the card

I was in a good mood so I let him off easy. PSA 8 pd is the same as PSA 6, no qualifier. C'mon, you should know that. chaz
