    Ill take any name brand units . Whats the price on the garrett 550? My pm's are on . Ill have to think about price on your minelab its kinda steep. I just bought one the other day alot cheaper on another site.

    Hi Jerry, I used my ol faithful Whites MXT. Nothin better for me as far as quick ID, locate, get it in the pouch. I give up some depth but it's not really needed over there.

    I bought the Explorer to try over there for the depth. But it has a big learning curve. If I don't sell it I'll use it in Chicago Parks to get the deep, older stuff.
