I have a few 2006 W Silver Eagles graded PCGS MS69, 20th Anniversary.
Should I send them in for a chance to go MS70?

Is the cost worth it?

Not worth it, IMHO.

Unless you can grade & screen them thru Plastic, absolutely not.
