U.S Mint Return and USPS

I am shocked and felt that I needed to share this.
I just received an email from the Mint in which they issued me a credit for coins that got lost at the USPS. The shock part is that I only faxed the form in at noon today which means they processed it in less than 12 hours. Unbelievable.
Wish I could give kudos to the USPS. NOT!!! Not only did the USPS scan in the coins a month ago (so they have a record of receiving them) but they continued to tell me that the coins were with the delivery person. I called and visited the USPS Processing Center a total of 10 times before giving up. I always got somebody different and half of them told me the shipment number was incorrect while the other half told me they would research and call me back. Surprise, surprise - they never called.
Again, kudos to the MInt for super quick handling of the refund.
