All who list on EBAY and think that

A good set of photos and an accurate title and item description when selling a PCGS coin are adequate better think again. I had a listing which got cancelled a day and a half after it ended by ebay safe harbor. The reason for the cancellation was that my listing violated the new ebay counterfeit coin and stamp rules. Turns out I had failed to put all that redundant information in the item specific blocks and I guess someone complained about it. So I now have the same auction running again and now one can ascertain that the coin in question is a PCGS graded coin four different ways. And they can ascertain the certificate number two different ways. So I took a look at one very big fish seller who is well known on this board. He sells toners. None of his listings have item specific information filled in. If someone wanted to be an AH, they could get all his auctions cancelled. Beware all you ebay sellers. Watch out. I was totally blindsided by this. I have been selling coins on ebay for six years and have 1400 or so positive feedback with no negs. My photos are excellent. My item descriptions are like a book and very honest. Now I have to fill in those item specific blocks. I think if you have adequate photos and an excellent item description this is a big waste of time. But now I am happy to fill in those blocks. See ya.
In an insane society, a sane person will appear to be insane.

This is true. His descriptions tend to be very conservative. In fact, if he ever gushes about a coin, buy it. You'll be guaranteed an exceptional example.
