1818 Bust Half. Opinions on grade please?

The holder says F12. I picked this up at coinfest. Dealer went from greysheet told me 60$ Good deal? Bad deal?
What say you on grade? Im pretty sure its not F12

Easily shows VF20 details, perhaps even 25, but not certain if the surfaces yield a net - looks like their might be environmental damage. That's strike weakness on the left wing.

Even so, it appears you got a very good deal!
