Interesting date set - 1949

I was drawn to this date set by the toning on the Jefferson. When I saw that the Frankie was a 'D' mint that sealed the deal for me.
I think it's an FBL, and under a loupe it definitely looks like a rpm, but I can't get a close enough photo. Are D/D's common?
As a bonus, the roosie has some toning and looks to be close to FB.
Not bad for $48.

The guy used to have his own little shop but then moved in with his buddy, he only has 3 of those revolving tray cases and one of them is all foreign material.
He had a lot of nice Morgans, including some toned unc CC's, all raw.
He had a raw 1907 IHC proof for $195 that I seriously considered, but I'm ignorant of the series.
I feel like IHC proofs will benefit from the enthusiasm for MPL's. The 1907 has a mintage of only 1,495, which is less than most MPL's.
Maybe I'm talking myself into going back to get it.
I did pick up a nicely toned 1939d Mercury dime, my first toned Merc to go with several roosies I have.
