Last week I was nosing on eBay and found a set of Roosevelt dimes for auction. The seller didn't appear to have much knowledge about coins, but something about his other closed auctions and his wording led me to believe he was legit. Part of his description was "some shiny, some tarnished". Anyway, took a chance because the pictures were not that good (they were in an old album). The album arrived today, complete with tarnished coins....
