General Question about submission

My coins were received yesterday. Long registered trip to Cali (7) days.

The question is what is the general turn around time for them to at least sending me an email stating they have received?

I believe this is a Monday-Friday operation. IS this correct?

Also I stated a Declared Value fee of maybe lower than what it should be if they arent graded 70's If and when they do become 70's can this value be increased?

Thanks

I haven't always received an email for some of my submissions.

If your USPS tracking indicated they were received, they are not "officially" received until they are logged into the PCGS System.

If PCGS indicated they were received by having an order number associated with the submission, then the email should follow shortly after that posting.
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

Don't count on an email, on my last three submisions I never received a single e-mail.

Did you write the service level on the outside of the box???

According to Customer Service if you don't write the service level on the outside of the box they will never open it.
