Does this mean free shipping? or free insurance?

From a current auction:

"Shipping is $2.00 for the first item and $.50 for each additional card. Insurance is an extra $2.00. Items shipped without insurance is at buyer’s risk. Shipping cost includes insurance."

How do you read this? At first, I'm thinking that if I want insurance, I need to add $2. But at the end, It looks like I only have to pay for the insurance, and the shipping is free?

  • you should email the seller and ask him. looks like insurance is extra but the seller is not being real clear about it.

fortunately for me, this was the only auction this seller had going that I had the slightest interest in bidding on. (in which I had interest)?
    (I hate my grammar)

It was easy to pass. But I wonder what the answer would have been? (or will be?)
