Ebay SNAFU – items bid on not being tracked

I discovered a problem this morning on ebay, I have bids in on about a dozen Coin auctions, only three of them are showing up in the Items I'm Bidding On page, I called ebay to report the problem, tech support was unaware this was going on and have no idea how long it will take to fix. In the meantime I have no way of knowing what items I bid on, if I’m the high bidder or even the winner. I can see this as a potential train wreck for buyers and sellers alike.
