Pardon my ignorance, I'm not familliar with T3's...

is the item fake or something? Or it's just his return policy that seems like a scam?

it's a reprint. The actual T3s are 5-3/4 x 8. He lists these as the standard size of modern baseball cards, 2-1/2 X 3-1/2. The reprints look exactly the same except for the size.
