Has anyone else had an experience like this one...

I know someone who was wanting to do a deal and seemed really interested. The next day a complete turnaround and was not interested... A few weeks go by you get a call and they are interested again and want to do a deal.. The next day they tell you well depending on how these other ones sell at this so and so auction else depends on if we do a deal or not.. I am frustrated and refuse to do a deal even if I get the better end of it. I don't like having my time wasted or a deal trying to be manipulated as well. Bottom line you're either going to do it or not.... Sorry just wanted to know anyone else deal with this kind of crap??

Sounds like your buyer has a cash flow problem.

What I hate is morans who post a "I want to buy" and you send them a PM and they don't even acknowledge it

Ignore him until he send you payment. Too many idiots, too little time

Agreed, TreeTop. A simple "No thank you" ain't too much to ask.
But the great thing is that eventually, inevitably these people ask a question that you can easily answer, and then it's your turn to ignore. I love karma.
