Anyone ever deal with chetwoods?

I am a really upset seller currently. Anyone ever deal with a chetwoods? This person buys a number of cards from me and doesn't pay. A week goes by, I message him/her and I get a response saying they are away on a family emergency. Which is fine by me, family comes first! But, I look again and my friend here is buying tons of cards now, and selling tons. It upsets me because they have a very respectable ebay account, and I am by all means trying to avoid getting ebay involved or anything else. I just want the person to pay for items won.

Anyone else have issues like this?

Looks like he took the laptop with him. Has 112 items listed in the last 3 days.

Not defending him at all, but some people use a scheduler and have auctions set up weeks in advance to be listed on a certain date by the scheduler. That being said, I think he is stalling you.

I've bought from Chet, never sold to him but buying has never been a problem. he does not take paypal and sent some decent sized money orders and never a problem.

  • My experience with this buyer has been a paypal payment within 24 hrs of the auction close. Fast to pay, slow to leave feedback...never a problem.

Like I said, I don't think there will be any problems because of his 1,700+ positive feedback. However, when the auctions have ended on Oct. 7th than why is he bidding on stuff after that date, and selling stuff? But than again, he may have things set up automatically. I like to give everyone the bennifit of the doubt. I even had a couple people with 0 feedback by from me and all they needed was a little instruction on how to get a pay pal account to work.

We'll see what happens I guess?
