Tony Perez rookie PSA 10! (Centering okay for a 10 here?)

WOW! I collect the Tony Perez basic set and I'd love to have this card! But, I'm sure it'll end at many thousands of dollars. Just a tad out of my range right now. image

Does the centering fall into 10 guidelines, by the way?

  • what a great looking card.... I would not pay 10 money for the card but other than the centering it looks great.

Left to right is not hideous, but not dead on. My eyeball opinion, and im sure someone with pixel skills can say exactly, is that it looks better than 60/40, but not quite 55/45. So maybe 58/42 or thereabouts?

I got 17 left, 14 right on the pixel count...so that's around 54.8/45.2, let round it to 55/45.

    15 North, 13 South...53.6/46.4...54/46.

    1. Dmitri Young will win that card. No one else has a chance.

    2. I'd bet anything it was recently bumped from a 9. That seems to be the seller's MO.

The sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. Our childhood was typical. Summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. When we were insolent we were placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds - pretty standard really."

What might it end up at? $5,000? $10,000?

<< <i>1. Dmitri Young will win that card. >>

Dmitri Young has more pressing financial problems then trying to acquire this PSA 10.
  • Ahhhhh
    Good ol' WCSports

Pull up a thread where they were getting 1 to 2 grade bumps on cards and in between the submissions were a whole bunch of trimmed cards.
These guys definately know someone or someway.

Now the thread will go poof...

  • great card. I have never seen it before. the centering is not perfect but within the guidelines for a 10. I do have a PSA 10 Perez 75 Topps mini but it didn't put me back anywhere near what this one is going for.
