Are these packs legit?

Take a look at these two completed auctions (I was neither the buyer or the seller):
1978 packs
1977 packs
Specifically, look at the scans of the back. I completed an off ebay deal with the seller for some similar packs. After I received them, I noticed something a little different on the corner folds, something that I have seen before but don't not much about.
If you look at the back scans, notice that the folds are over only the back of the pack, and not the top/bottom also. I know it's hard to explain, but the majority of legit packs I have handled have the little christmass present folds on the top/bottom side that go "around" the corner to the back. Like I said, I know I've seen packs where the corner fold just goes around the back (like the ones pictured), but something doesn't seem right.
Anyone care to comment? I haven't opened them, but the gum is the right size (although it is loose in the pack, something that I don't like to see given after 30 years it should be stuck to the top card) and the backs look pretty good (nice roller, no burns, glue, etc?) Are theselegit packs? Anyone deal with this seller?
