Help needed: mislabeled NGC Austrian taler

I suspect that this taler on eBay is mislabeled. The label says Klagenfurt (probably believed to be DAV 3120 when it was slabbed), but I believe that it is actually a taler from Ensisheim (DAV 3168).
1621 austrian taler
The following coin archives reference is what made me question the coin.

Would somebody be kind enough to see if their latest version of the Kraus guide (1601-1700) has DAV 3168 listed under Austrian talers for the year 1621? If so, is there a price for the XF grade?
Many thanks,
Brent

I guess this is not answering what you had a question about, but any Grading Service can and will make a mistake now and then. The good ones will make it right by the consumer. I am sure NGC will fix any labeling error right away and if you are out money on a mis-attributed coin I believe they will make that right as well. If I were the one in charge I would give the coin back (in it's corrected slab) as well as giving you the difference in value in cash (if you lost money) and offer a couple of submissions for your trouble in order to win your trust back as a consumer.
However, maybe when the coin was encapsuled it was attributed correctly? Historians have changed some allegiances and loyalties making changes in what we had thought were to be fact in the past... Maybe this is one of them? Have you checked any other references from when the coin was slabbed? Borders have a nasty habit of changing now and then from what we thought was a given.
Let us know what you find out and if I ever decide to have mine changed I will let everyone know what happens as well...
Nice score either way, congrats on your purchase! I am assuming you won it based on your name and the buyers handle on eBay.
