Topps HTA Factory Set - 2003

Question for you guys who are familiar with the current product.

I purchased a Topps 2003 factory set through the mail. It came today, and everything looked ok from the start. I opened the box up after taking the wrapping off, and I started sorting through the cards. I quickly realize that every card has a gold label on the front that says Home Team Advantage. The outside of the brown factory box has an HTA logo on it.

Can anyone tell me anything about the HTA factory sets? Is this a different version than the Hobby edition? How does this set book compared to the regular set?

I was slightly disappointed that this wasn't the regular set. I'd prefer not to have the gold labels on the front of the cards. Do they still make the HTA set? If not, how many years did it last?

I would think having a more limited edition version of the set would be a GOOD thing.
