Poor Packaging: US Mint Sets

I got mine today and in one of the 3 I ordered the dime was on top of one of the dollars. I wonder what kind of change they were making.

Was the package damaged or did the mint seal them that way?

I received 4 sets today.
I opened one to put coins in my albums and noticed that the clear plastic was cracked in some areas.

Mine are fine, looks like you got some lemons; send um back!

Usually this is caused by the seal being bad between adjoining compartment.

You can carefully slide it back over but it might move again if the opening is large.

Really horrible packaging design. You have to physically bend the plastic cover up to see the coins, and then you cannot get it to lie flat again.

Liek I stated in an earlier thread, I wonder how many cherry picks these will go through before the COA tears or breaks off?

I really don't care for it.

I don't care for the overall quality either. It is beyond my years to even begin to understand why the US Mint uses extra pressure on specially prepared satin finished dies to produce a high quality, high relief product only to get them scraped, scratched and dinged in the packaging department!

Just don't make no sense at all!
