Not allowed - not a PCGS coin. Probably would get bodybagged for the scratch on the obverse anyway.

I would call it keyword spamming.

Usually, when I see "not a coin collector," I look at the feedback, and every sale is a coin. In this case, maybe he is telling the truth. At least he put some arrows in to point out potential problems with the coin.

Does Ebay permit pcgs numbers in the title? As the question is asked i would say that if it is in a PCGS holdr then yes. However as others have pointed out in this case it is keyword spamming and not allowed.

Now, with the parentheses and pound sign hugging both ends of the word pcgs, I wonder if a search for just pcgs would pick this title up?

Technically spam,

I agree with relicsncoins, at least he seems honest and actually points out problems with the coin. In my opinion it is not worth reporting this one.

Keyword Spamming If its not a PCGS coin.

The ways that is not spamming are in description that someone is selling PCGS NGC ect coins in other auctions or soon ect.

This why we get a boat or car pop up when we are searching for Mercury Dime.
