Does there exist a list...or, is there a person with a list...of the top low-pop cards of the Registry sets? Like, say, PSA 8 and 9, under 20? It would sure save a lot of time!

    I don't think there's such a list. Even though it may take more time to research I always go to the population report for my sets.
