LOL, good one though!
Thank Goodness for the Bruins
However, this may be moot if the Bruins keep winning!
plus it doesnt help that no one cares about Hockey, but they care just enough to know the Bruins suck like a hoover.
One of the better young teams in the league and I'm a Habs fan.

in the nHl cities there are a dedicated bunch of fans.
however, it is not uncommon for Bruins /fleet center personnel to be out on the streets of boston literally giving away tickets to games.
My vanpool parks a stones throw from the fleet center and on most game days they have staff offering tickets for 70-80% off face value. these are not scalpers, these are actual folks from the fleet center or Bruins. Family fanpack? buy one get one?
they might be filled, but they arent selling out at full price.
Broadcasting the NHL on channel 137 does not help either -- way to go Betteman, you dickhead.
Now watch them lose a few because I bumped this thread.
I've definitely been paying attention to them more lately...didn't realize how many injuries they've had this year...i thought it was just Bergeron.
Think they can beat Montreal at least ONCE, for cryin' out loud?
I actually took the Habs in 6 in my playoff pool, so I give the B's alot more credit than most.
It's turned out to be a great series, the Habs second line scoring has to step up, although Ryder had a great chance last night and Thomas stoned him. It's hard not to like Tim Thomas.
If the B's win tomorrow this series will go 7 and you guys have a good chance. But if the Habs win tomorrow this series ends in 5. The B's have alot to look forward to for next year though, and I always liked Julien when he was in Montreal (and I feel he was fired unfairly). Remember it was he who led the Habs over the B's in 04, he's a good coach.

They flat out dominated tonight, even before the 3rd period....
Habs should win Cup 25 now, as they are battle tested for the rest of the run. The good thing about that is they will then be 2 away from passing the Yankees.
It really looks to me like the B's and Habs will be renewing a very tense rivalry next year although I will say they will not face each other in the first round--look for both teams to finish in the top 5 in the East (you heard it here first).
I couldn't even watch the games, the Bruins just figured them out, and honestly outworked them for most of the series. I think Montreal has the talent, but their smallish Europeans were playing too timid--it took Saku coming back to straighten the ship.
Great run from the B's, great series, reminded me alot of the old Habs/Nords clashes back in the day.
