Joel Skinner, step right up. You're in Earnest Byner territory!

What an unbelievable idiot. How often does a 3rd base coach change the momentum of a game? Lofton could've moonwalked home from third.

Another Cleveland Goat.

  • Not like it would have mattered, not with Boston putting up 9 runs....and where's the blame for the fielders letting that ball drop in for a double because they couldn't communicate?

Eh, if Lofton scores it possibly changes the momentum of the game. One of many mistakes by the losers on the Lake.

  • it was a bone headed play. I'd hardly call them the losers by the lake. It was a close game till westbrook left, a couple of mistakes, bad decision with the 3b coach. such is life.

7 game series by the two best teams in the A.L.

Certainly a lot more exciting than the snoozefest over in the NL.

Who would have thought at the beginning of that game that Boston would roll AFTER Westbrook left? I just kept waiting for him to get shelled, but he never let go. Congrats to Boston, although I would have liked to have seen Cleveland make it.
