PCGS Submisson questions

If you are submitted a coin in an ANACS holder noted as scratched ( very picky for a circulated coin) is it better to submit it with a few other crossovers or crack it out and submit raw.
Does it really matter?

Crack it!! Not a sowballs chance of crossing in the holder.

I really depends on how mnay coins you are submitting. If you have 4 other raw coins then crack it out. If you have 4 other cross overs leave it in the holder. If the coin is damaged don't send it at all. ANACS is usually 1 pt higher than PCGS.
