Did Upper Deck issue a Ken Griffey auto in its products in 1995?

I was at a show recently and saw a 1995 Upper Deck SP or Se Ken Griffey autographed card. The back of the card had a hollogram that said something like BBHH and 4 digits. It did not say anywhere it was an autographed card. I believe it was Card #100. Could it be an exchange card? I do not see any of these cards in the guides...It was the hologram that threw me off. Any suggestions?
