Just put me at the top of the list when you're ready to give away the (1813/2?) Guadalajara!

Well, I've compared it to my 13/2 and it's from a different obverse die. Of course there may be more than one 13/2 obverse, but the likelihood of it being a 13/2 just went down.

Winner selected - congratulations, rah1959. Please PM me your address and I'll have it out to you tomorrow.

Thanks to everyone that participated. My opinion is that of MrEureka, except that it's struck on a double-brokage (if you look at obverse on top of Ferdinand's head - there are 2 separate sets of incuse dentils, one matching-up the 8R, and another one higher than that, indicating another previous brokage). And it is struck on a previously cast type, as you can see by porous surfaces where full strike did not occur.

Well at least I was on the right lines with my struck on a brockage error guess. image
