Need Help on lot Purchase (autographs)

A friend of mine has items he is not interested in. He got them from someone who owed him $350. He took these as payment but doesn't want them. My friend knows I collect autographs and asked me if I was interested in them. I told him I was interested but would not pay $350 for the lot. He countered with "give me your best shot for the lot..or just the ones you are interested in". Here is the list of items. He said all balls are white and in holders..the 2003 MLB legends he is not sure of names. Here goes....

Sheesh, you'd be stretching to find $100 of value in that lot.

Sorry to hear this happened to your friend. I suggest he doesn't loan money to that individual again.
So basically my kid won't be able to go to college, but at least I'll have a set where the three most expensive cards are of a player I despise ~ CDsNuts
  • Follow up to original post. Bought entire lot for $100. Also included 1971-72 Connie Hawkins NBA (HOF) autographed card. The 2 mini footballs I sold 30 minutes after purchase for $25. The legends ball is tough to figure out. The autos I can figure out are.. Ethan Blackaby, Bobby Knoop, Nolan Ryan, "Mudcat" Grant, Ed Vandenberg and Bob Lacey. Will post photos of remaining signatures under seperate thread in hope of someone being able to identify them.
