I emailed the seller and he didn't know it was wrong! His reply PSA will fix it. LMAO is this true? How much will they charge? Even though I like to drumk I still figured it out. How is this possible?

It's clearly a fake...Joe McGinnity doesn't sign his name Jim McGlothlin

I don't know if PSA would fix it (I imagine so) but I've bought from the seller several times and he is awesome.

I agree about the seller, he replied in a friendly manner. I suppose he submits a lot and it slipped thru the cracks. LOL- he listed it correctly the mistake was by the all powerful ones who NEVER make mistakes. (removing tongue from cheek) p.s. the auto looks 100% legit to me it just has a wrong flip. Mike

Yeah, probably just a mistake. I've bought several high end football autos from him in the past and he always been great about communication. I had a chance to meet him as well at one of the national shows and I really don't believe his intentions here were to be misleading. I would think PSA would fix this as a "mechanical error"if it were to be sent back.

  • Agree with Reese!
  • The seller listed it correctly, rather than trying to scam it as a Joe McGinnity auto.
PSA will fix it, but you have to send it and pay shipping etc for it, and hes passing the extra time and cost to the buyer.
Kirk Welch usually picks up autos like this for pennies on the dollar and then locks them away in his store at 10x the price to sit forever...

no doubt there- if the seller would have replied I will sell it to you for 50 I would have jumped on it. Jim Mcglothlin autos are semi tuff- this one looks legit but no way would I buy it slabbed like that for the price. I dunno- if you had something in your store that was mid-range as far as price and someone was interested even with the flaws (not including the Upper Deck cut job lol- I would have sold it at a discount, but what do I know?
