Is PCGS is going to take a milk bath once again on the MS70 Silver Eagles?

Just when we thought it was safe to go outside, the Mint in their usual manner somehow can't mint silver Eagles even on burnished planks God save their souls. I have yet to see some a commemorative with milk spots although I did have one with V8 spots. image

So, now that PCGS has jumped back into the MS70 game on 2006/07-W silver Eagles the milk spot problem is back just in time for Halloween. This is not the only one I have that fell off the milk truck but it is the worst because it is on an awesome First Strike coin that has zero flaws other than the milk spots. Did I also mention the 2004 PR70DCAM I have that is also milked up? Geez, can we get a private company to buy the Mint?

I've got a couple of Mellenium sets to get graded and would like to be the first one to get a MS70! That would be nice huh?
