Peterson and Hasselback are coming off their best games just keep that in mind. I don't think I would pull the trigger if I had Portis and Manning.

That's a tough one. The only player in the deal who does nothing for me is Portis. If I had a crystal ball and could see that Adrian Peterson was gonna keep up his torrid pace, I'd say keep him.

Portis isn't going to do much this year (no 100 yard games to this point) and Manning is not the top QB this season (he will probably finish 4-5).

I like whoever gets Hassleback (solid numbers) and Adrain Peterson (next god like RB).

Some more background, my other two RB's are Willie Parker and Willis McGahee. My other QB is Kurt Warner image. Portis would be my reserve RB at best.

The way I see it, Hasselbeck should finish the season a lot closer to Manning than Portis does to Peterson, so I wouldn't do it.

I guess the way I am looking at it is will Peterson outscore Parker or McGahee more than Peyton will outscore Hasselback. To play Peterson I have to sit on of those two. Thanks for the help, its a fun position to be in.

Exactly what I was going to type. Hasselbeck won't be that far off Manning come seasons end. (Assuming they both stick to their current pace) AP should be lighyears ahead of Portis. If was going to trade AP, I would do it if Romo or Brady were in the deal. There isn't another player out there I'd consider. Well, maybe LT. image But he just finally had a big game and it was against the Raiders.

Depends on the league scoring and such. I have AP and he would be tradeable for a lot of players depending on my needs.
  • Come play-off time I would much rather have Payton Manning as my fantasy QB.

Peyton all the way! Who says Peterson is going to run like that again anytime soon!

Peyton will outscore Hasselbeck a lot more than the other way around. Hasselbeck is playing on a completely terrible team from what he was two years ago, Peyton still has the leagues top offense. Athough your league rules/setup may change the opinion, I would rather have the NFL's best QB instead of a RB off to a hot start and a mediocre QB on a terrible team.
