KOBE TO THE BULLS?

recbballrecbball Posts: 1,521 ✭✭✭
THERE'S BEEN TALK OUT OF LA THAT KOBE HAS CLEARED OUT HIS LOCKER.
FROM WHAT I'VE READ IN THE CHICAGO PAPERS THE BULLS WOULD GIVE THE LAKERS BEN GORDON AND TYRUS THOMAS.

Being a season ticket holder I would not mind seeing Kobe play at all the home games. I dont think Paxson will trade Gordon, because he likes the idea of a young team. Except for Wallace they are still young. I also think it might be too early to give up on Tryus and trade him. Deng will be a allstar this year so I know the Bulls will never let him go. I thought that was what the Lakers wanted for Kobe was Deng and Gordon. Which would never happen. Looking forward to the start of the season, since my Cubs are out of it, and the Bears have big problems.

Bad move for the Bulls, I sure hope it doesn't happen. I can't imagine Paxson wants the kind of baggage on this team.

I WOULD MAKE THAT DEAL IN A HEATBEAT. GORDON IS A GREAT CLUTCH SHOOTER, BUT HE IS EXPOSED AGAIST TEAMS WITH LARGE GUARDS.
HE HAD REAL PROBLEMS AGAINST NEW JERSEY AND DETROIT LAST YEAR. THE BULLS CAN WIN ANOTHER 50 GAMES IN THE REGULAR SEASON WITH THIS CLUB, BUT I DON'T SEE THEM WINNING THE EAST STARTING TWO GUARDS THAT ARE 6 FEET TALL. HINRICH WOULD HAVE TO GUARD THE SHOOTING GUARD MOST OF THE TIME LAST YEAR BECAUSE GORDON IS TOO SHORT. IF HE WAS 6 INCHES TALLER WE WOULD'NT BE HAVING THIS CONVERSATION.
IF THIS TRADE WENT THROUGH THE STARTING FIVE WOULD BE:
    G BRYANT
    G HINRICH
    C WALLACE
    F DENG
    F SMITH

I'LL TAKE THAT LINEUP OVER THE CURRENT LINUP ANY DAY.

    i hope it doesn't happen
i'm a celtics fan and we don't need any more competition in the east, and i think it would make the bulls an elite team (east or west)

So let me get this straight, he (allegedly) stuck a chick's poo, got Shaq traded and shooed Phile out the door, became one of the highest paid, wanted to get traded, and is now being a little beyatch.

Kid has talent but is a spoiled little brat.
So basically my kid won't be able to go to college, but at least I'll have a set where the three most expensive cards are of a player I despise ~ CDsNuts
  • The Bulls have the talent to make this trade work, and would instantly make them the faves in the East along with Boston.
