what would you grade this German States issue?

This is a nice looking 5 Marks from Hamburg....what grade would you assign it (btw, there are no rubs that can be seen, it appears to be totally uncirculated)

I'm a bit of an iconoclast since eye appeal vs technical grade is what does it for me. That being said, a very pretty coin whatever grade it is. Always liked the Hansa series.

Is that a scratch next to the star on the reverse at 8:00?

Very bright, very flashy, my first reaction is 63. Could be dipped.
