Buying raw bulk silver coins

I see a lot of silver coins on eBay one once type that are repro or just plain stupid looking but are one once silver. They are selling around 9-12 dollars for coin. Is this a good and cheapest place to by raw silver just as an investment or is there somewhere else? I have looked on sites like ampex.com and other but none as cheap as these silver dollar coins on eBay
Or is all this just a ruse to sucker some fool like me to buy crap coins that are not really silver.

I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the very freedom I provide, then question the manner in which I provide it. I prefer you said thank you, and went on your way, Otherwise, I suggest you pick up a weapon, and stand to post. Either way, I don't give a damn what you think you are entitled to!

edit: silver color is not silver, read descriptions carefully
Probably silver colored coins that are mostly copper IMO.
Also keep percentages in mind. 40% silver coin should have a lower price than 90% or the 99.95% of bullion Silver.

If you are after stuff like that I fear that we will see more "What should I do (ebay)?" threads coming .....
Those don't look right, they went unsold at $10 (+shipping) and sellers put things like "Kennedy silver dollar size"...ummm, there was no "kennedy" silverdollar...that is a 1/2 dollar.
The link to the bullion would be better. Also, don't forget to add in shipping charges to any auction price.
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
I like buk silver coins. My problem is deciding whether or not to ever get any more slabbed.
That's what raw bulk silver COINS really look like

are a few which can be highly deceptive. These were often sold in mass mailing and offered
as .1000 silver... ...they would be 10% silver. There really are very few of these and most I've
seen were made in the '80's.
<< <i>Most rounds and bars that say they are silver really are silver or obviously are not. There

Not just rounds and bars- there are silver world coins which are advertised for their investment potential which can be deceptive, too.
